Pia Chaudhuri is a Senior Creative Leader with more than twenty years experience of working with the world’s best teams and brands. In her previous role as Global Senior Creative Director & Head of Play Inclusion at OLA, the LEGO Agency, she led campaigns focused on ensuring all kids (and their grown-ups) have equal access to play, and all its benefits. Prior to joining The LEGO Group, Pia was an award-winning ECD based in Sydney.
Pia is most passionate about using creativity as a force for good. From campaigns aimed at preventing domestic violence, fast-tracking gender equality, elevating the plight of Indigenous Australians, and co-founding Only One In The Room, an organisation designed to drive better cultural representation in the Australian advertising industry, Pia is most proud of the part she has played in making a positive impact. Along the way, her work has also been recognised at various awards shows including Cannes Lions, The One Club, Spikes and WARC.
In Australia, Pia was the first ever ‘brown female Executive Creative Director,’ and became a prominent voice on the importance of gender and cultural representation in advertising. She is committed to helping the next generation of female and diverse talent succeed in our industry.
When she’s not working, you’ll find her trying to keep up with a very cheeky 6 year old, watching Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, or fuelling an unhealthy obsession with jackets. Sometimes at the same time.
