The simplest way to reduce the time it takes to achieve gender equality in Australia from 134 years to 10, is to get more women into public office. The challenge is inspiring them to take up these positions. There's an outdated view of what power looks like, preventing them from seeing themselves there. So we decided to rebrand the idea of power itself.
